Benefits of Cabinet Refinishing
Many homeowners put off a new look in their kitchen because of the high cost associated with kitchen cabinets. Some reason their cabinets are still in decent shape just worn out, so can they be repaired? Refinishing is a way to get a new look and save thousands compared to the cost of new cabinets. In addition to being very cost-effective, our cabinet refinishing process is very, customizable as far as color choice. Customization can include special chocolate glaze, a distressed look, or a separate color for an island. Refreshed kitchen cabinets can also help with resale and provide a good return on your investment. Take a look at the cost comparison chart!
What Our Customers Say
“I'm very pleased to recommend Gagnon's services. Guy spent a lot of time helping me decide how to refinish my rather unique cherry cabinets (paint vs. re-tone). We have a lot of cabinets for a smaller kitchen, and they were showing their 15+ years of age with some dings and also areas of decay under handles, etc. I chose to have him re-tone them, and they came out beautifully. Many repairs were done in addition to the finish.
Guy and his staff are helpful and easy to work with, and he was especially helpful in accommodating coordinating projects and timelines. He lined up a flooring contractor for us, who did absolutely meticulous work. Guy spent extra time and effort making sure the complexities of our particular kitchen tile issues were creatively and soundly addressed, from leveling two parts of the floor into one solid surface to ensuring a gas log fireplace was nicely mounted on bluestone. We couldn't be happier with the result!
There were a lot of moving parts to juggle in getting schedules to align, and everyone was extremely accommodating.
Between the new floors and the refinished cabinetry, plus a beautiful new coat of paint on walls and ceilings, we feel like we have a brand new updated kitchen. Pricing was in line with other quotes, but I felt like we got a lot more value with Guy's willingness to provide solutions and coordinate contracting needs above and beyond what was expected. Plus, he's just a super nice, calm professional.”
