Gagnon Painting & Decorating LLC has served Connecticut clients since 1977. We handle interior and exterior painting, decorating, power washing, cabinet refinishing and specialty surface refurbishment for New Britain homes, rental property and businesses.

New Britain is a city of roughly 75,871 people with the oldest housing stock we work in: 82.9% of its homes were built in 1979 or earlier and 29.7% predate 1940. It is also the most tenanted, at 45.1% owner-occupancy, so a large part of the work here is commissioned by landlords and property managers — for whom the EPA's lead rule on pre-1978 rentals is a live requirement rather than a footnote.
