Gagnon Painting & Decorating LLC has served Connecticut clients since 1977. We handle interior and exterior painting, decorating, power washing, cabinet refinishing and specialty surface refurbishment for Plainville homes and businesses.

Plainville is our nearest neighbour — the closest town to our Southington base — and a town of roughly 17,757 people on the flatland between Bradley Mountain and Pinnacle Rock that early settlers knew as the Great Plain of Farmington. Its housing is decisively mid-century: 66.3% built in 1979 or earlier, but only 9.4% predating 1940. The exception is the 1865 Methodist Campground off The Circle, whose nineteen surviving cottages carry pierced and sawn-wood trim, decorative shingles and stick-work of a kind that rewards a careful hand.
