Gagnon Painting & Decorating LLC has served Connecticut clients since 1977. We handle interior and exterior painting, decorating, power washing, cabinet refinishing and specialty surface refurbishment for Plainville homes and businesses.

Plainville is a close neighbor of our Southington base — a town of roughly 17,757 people on the flatland between Bradley Mountain and Pinnacle Rock that early settlers knew as the Great Plain of Farmington. Its housing is decisively mid-century: 66.3% built in 1979 or earlier, but only 9.4% predating 1940. The exception is the 1865 Methodist Campground off The Circle, whose nineteen surviving cottages carry pierced and sawn-wood trim, decorative shingles and stick-work of a kind that rewards a careful hand.
